Preparation

In a cup, beat an egg with kefir. Add oatmeal and mix well.

In this recipe, I advise you to take instant oatmeal (it is softer). If you take the cheapest and coarse one, then you must first soak it for 20 minutes in kefir.

We spread it on hot skillet and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side. I fry without oil.

Oatmeal and banana pancakes


Delicate and fragrant oat pancakes with the addition of mashed banana will make your tea or breakfast truly wonderful!

In addition to oatmeal, the usual wheat flour is added here. It will make the dough more viscous.

Ingredients:

  • Ripe bananas - 3-4 medium;
  • Wheat flour - 100 g.
  • Oatmeal - 100 g.
  • Kefir (or milk) - 450 ml.
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp;
  • Salt - 1 pinch;
  • Vanillin - 1 pinch;
  • Sugar - 1-5 tsp to taste;

Step by step cooking

If you use regular rolled oats, fill it with kefir for 20 minutes beforehand. It will swell, become soft and sticky.

Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla, salt and baking powder. Add them to the oatmeal.

Peel, chop and mash the bananas into a gentle puree. Combine with oatmeal.

That's it - the dough is ready. You can start to fry the pancakes.

Put it on a preheated pan with a spoon. Fry on both sides until blush.

Serve with banana heaps, honey or jam.

Oatmeal and semolina pancakes


Delicate and porous oatmeal and semolina pancakes. The basis is kefir or any other fermented milk product. Although, it is possible on ordinary water.

Ingredients:

  • Oatmeal - 1 glass;
  • - 1 glass;
  • Kefir - 500 ml.
  • Sugar - 1-2 tbsp. spoons;
  • Eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Soda - 0.5 tsp;
  • Salt - 1 pinch;
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;

Combine oatmeal with semolina, fill everything with kefir, mix and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Some are poured in advance overnight so that by morning it will be super tender dough... You can also try - the difference is enormous!

In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar, salt and butter. We add to the oatmeal, and here we also add soda. Mix well.

Fry in a little oil or on a non-stick coating. 3 minutes on each side.

Herculean pancakes


This is more of a snack option. Spicy, aromatic and satisfying! You can cook from both thickened oatmeal porridge and flakes soaked in boiling water.

Ingredients:

  • Hercules flakes - 120 g.
  • Onions - 1 head;
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Fresh dill - 30 g.
  • Garlic - 1-2 cloves;
  • Salt - 1 pinch;
  • Black pepper - 1 pinch;
  • Frying oil;

Preparation

Fill a cup of oatmeal with boiling water so that the water completely covers them. We are waiting for 30 minutes. While you can do other ingredients.

Peel the beam and chop finely (just finely-finely!). Squeeze garlic to it. Finely chop the dill here. Salt and pepper.

Drive the eggs into the greens and mix well.

Combine oatmeal with eggs and herbs. The dough is ready!

Heat some oil in a frying pan, spread the pancakes with a spoon, shape them. Fry on both sides for 5 minutes over medium heat. The pancakes should turn golden.

Oatmeal pancakes


Delicious pancakes mixed with oat flour, wheat flour and kefir.

In general, this recipe is very versatile. Can only be cooked with oat flour. It is possible with the addition of wheat flour. Or you can use a mixture of oatmeal and oat flour. Choose whichever is more to your taste.

Ingredients:

  • Kefir (milk) - 2 glasses;
  • Oat flour - 1.5 cups;
  • Wheat flour - 1 glass;
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp;
  • Sugar - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • Frying oil;

Preparation

  1. Mix together two types of flour, add baking powder to them.
  2. Beat eggs with sugar and kefir separately. I would also add a tablespoon of oil here.
  3. Pour flour into a liquid mass and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency.
  4. Everything remains to fry. 3-4 minutes on both sides until appetizing browning.

Oat pancakes with apple

In appearance, such pancakes practically do not differ from those in the photo above. But what a taste! The dough is soaked apple juice, which turns into caramel syrup during the frying process.

Ingredients:

  • Oatmeal - 100 g.
  • Boiling water - 100 ml.
  • Apple - 1 pc.
  • Baking dough - 0.5 tsp;
  • Sugar to taste;
  • Wheat flour - 2 tbsp. spoons;

Cooking process

Fill the oatmeal with boiling water, let it infuse for 30-40 minutes.

Wash the apple, peel and core. Grate or puree with a blender.

Combine apples with oatmeal, add a couple of tablespoons of flour, baking powder and sugar, if you like sweeter.

Mix well - that's it, you can fry the pancakes. Spoon into preheated skillet and fry on both sides until blush.

Zucchini pancakes with oat flakes


Delicious and hearty pancakes made from rolled oats and zucchini. If desired, you can add carrots here, stewed cabbage and other vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • Young zucchini (zucchini) - 2 small;
  • Oatmeal - 1 glass;
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Flour (starch) - 3-4 tbsp. spoons;
  • Universal seasoning (seasoning or magicians) - 1-1.5 tsp;
  • Frying oil;

Preparation

Stir the instant oatmeal with eggs and seasoning.

Peel the zucchini and grate.

Mix the zucchini with flour and oatmeal.

Fry on both sides in a little oil for 5 minutes. If the pancakes are thick, then simmer them under the lid for 5 minutes.

Oat curd pancakes


Delicious pancakes from oatmeal (flour) and cottage cheese. As an option for cheesecakes. These pancakes can be prepared both sweet and with various spices and herbs.

Ingredients:

  • Kefir - 200 ml.
  • Cottage cheese - 180 g.
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Oatmeal (or flour) - 200 g.
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp;
  • Salt and sugar, depending on the desired taste;

Preparation

  1. Pour kefir over the oatmeal - let it swell. 30 minutes is enough.
  2. Mash the curd with a fork and combine with the beaten eggs.
  3. Mix the softened oatmeal with cottage cheese. Add sugar or salt (herbs and all kinds of seasonings).
  4. Put in a preheated pan, fry over low heat (covered) on both sides until golden brown.
